3rd Trust Our Librarians! Protest the City Council of League City, TX WEAR GREEN!!

PLEASE WEAR GREEN!

We need you at the next city council meeting to make your voice heard and to show your support for keeping which books are read by children a parental decision and not one of this new "Community Standards Review Committee!"

Folks that live in League City - Please sign up to speak out against this. You must be there between 5 - 5:45 PM to get your name on the sign-up sheet in the lobby.
We are happy to help you with a speech to read. Just tell me you need one.

All others - Please come support us. The Helen Hall Library is the largest in Galveston County. Your neighboring town will be next if we allow League City to take away our first amendment rights.

The meeting starts at 6 PM and will not end until everyone that has signed up to speak has spoken and the vote has been cast by the City Council.

Bring signs, water, a jacket, and a snack. We will have some signs and buttons available.
