Bunnvale Library has been informed they will be closing their doors May 5, 2025.
A meeting of the township committee is scheduled for Wednesday April 2, 2025 and they need to know that this library is worth saving!
This library has been a mainstay in the community. When my kids were younger we attended events every weekend. I myself joined the book club and still attend monthly. The curio cabinet is famous as providing an opportunity for community members to show off their collections. When studying for my MBA, they have proctored my remote study exams.
My youngest came home from college and wanted it to be the first visit. The librarians are always welcoming and willing to help with a smile. As this library is down the street from the middle school and on the same road as the high school and elementary school, it's a popular stop for students to attend a read-along or get started on a paper that's due.
