Support the library’s mission to provide books for ALL members of the community. Let each person make their own and their family’s choices.
Sign the petition and tell the Douglas County Libraries (DCL) Board of Trustees that parents have the right to screen what their own children read, but it stops there. No one parent or government entity should be able to prevent all users from accessing information at the public library.
Why is this important?
Individual citizens are attempting to remove and restrict access to books (particularly titles featuring LGBTQIA characters or themes) at Douglas County Libraries.
How it will be delivered
